  • Billy Darrer

    Owner/Head Coach

    Owner/Head Coach Billy Darrer specializes in Human Movement and Performance. He is passionate about weightlifting and loves to coach people developing the skill or making them better at it. Billy enjoys the reciprocity of effort. When he comes into the gym, he gives all he’s got and his members give it right back, or vice versa.

  • Glenn McConnell

    Owner/Enthusiast

    Owner/Enthusiast Glenn McConnell four years ago was significantly overweight, pre-diabetic and all vital signs were heading in the wrong direction. Began working with a personal trainer and soon after found CrossFit as an on-going fitness regimen that brought my fitness level back to where it was in my twenties.

  • Pam Dragosh

    Coach

    Coach Pam Dragosh was an all around athlete in High School playing basketball, volleyball, softball and participated in the marching band. She even has a 3rd degree black belt in TKD!

    Pam specializes in powerlifting, strongman, kettlebell and weightlifting. She is passionate about moving well, getting strong and keeping one’s expectations real.
