Bench Press 8RM, leash is off, go for it.
Run 800M*****
Pull Up – 5
Push Up – 10
Air Squat – 15

*****We start the amrap with an 800M Run, you only run ONE TIME, then just follow the triplet for the remaining minutes left in AMRAP when yo get back, total rounds and reps of triplet.
