Programs That Push Your Limits
Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this 1-hour class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees and much more. Every WOD is different so you never get bored! We scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get the maximum workout every time.
Every new CrossFitter begins in our Foundations course. This is a free, one on one comprehensive movement screen & assessment to determine where you are at and allows us to customize your individual fitness experience. The assessment will allow us to understand your level of fitness, physical mobility and technique proficiency. It also provides us with an opportunity to understand your fitness goals so we can best tailor a fitness program to help you achieve success.
Not ready for group classes just yet? Or do you need some extra time with a coach to improve on certain skills? No problem, we can work with you one-on-one and tailor your programming to fit your specific goals. CrossFit Flow State offers a wide range of personal workout programs, whether your goal is to gain muscle or lose weight.
Learn to “stretch with purpose” in our mobility classes. This class is designed to help you improve mechanics and perform basic maintenance on yourself – including recovering from high-intensity workouts, managing soreness and achieving better positioning. Discover the powers of foam rolling, self-myofascial release, PNF, trigger points, self- massage, stretch band work and more to become a better athlete.
This small, 6 person group class is designed for athletes looking to take their current CrossFit experience to the next level .This class is focused on Weightlifting technique refinement and accessory strength exercises customized to each participant. It’s $30 per class and offered twice a week at 7am, Tuesdays and Thursdays
